Over the last year we’ve been sending surveys out to our customers, giving them the chance to feedback on how they had found their experience with CMS Downs. We’ve collated the responses from customers across our NewburyWinchesterand Woking stores and are pleased to announce another year of great results!

Here were some of the key findings:

  • 100% of our customers stated that we offered good or fair value for money
  • 97% of customers said they would buy from us again in the future
  • 98% of customers said they would consider recommending us in the future

We asked customers to give their opinions on a number of different aspects of our business, through from our range of products, the service we offer, and why they chose to come to us in the first place. This revealed a number of interesting findings:

We’re always interested to hear your feedback, even when it comes to constructive criticism. When we asked how we could improve our service, our customers raised a few suggestions which we have taken on board and will be working towards. These include:

  • Improvements to the aftercare advice about your new carpet – we are currently working on a brochure for our customers which will give more information about caring for your carpet.
  • Improvements to store computers – now completed.
